Jimmy Johnson to host an upcoming “Champions of Industry” piece on trends in Photography

Photography has long been an important hobby for artists and art enthusiasts alike. However, for the better part of the past century, photography has proved to be an expensive hobby. The Public Television series “Champions of Industry” provides visibility to the more aesthetic aspects of photography such as how to take pictures in many different medias. Some media may be synthetic, while digital photography has also revolutionized the hobby.

Jimmy Johnson, the former NFL head coach, player, and Super Bowl winner of the Dallas Cowboys will introduce an upcoming segment on the long running “Champions of Industry” TV series. The educational piece will discuss the top trends in photography today. As part of a continuing dialogue, the segment might discuss interesting but unfamiliar topics such the role of “mirror, windows and reflections,” on visual story-telling with see-through surfaces. A leader for most of his life, Jimmy Johnson is the perfect host to introduce the details of the advances in photo-journalism.

For more on these new explorations, tune into “Champions of Industry” on a variety of Public Television outlets.  The show is not related to nor distributed through PBS.  Visit championsofindustry.com for more.
